Can I have skin treatments done on my face while using accutane? Because accutane nuked my skin barrier so if I have like a chemical peel or microneedling done on my face will it help or rip my face to shreds

It generally isn't recommended, especially from medium dosages and upwards. For example I doubt any competent dermatologist is going to do a CO2 laser therapy for scars while on isotretinoin (accutane). You should always check with a dermatologist for any treatment to your skin on isotretinoin. I personally would just stop taking it and get the skin treatment (for example laser for acne scars) for 1 or 2 months, then i would resume isotretinoin maybe a month or slightly less after the treatment
