shit confusion post ? People here are shit confused, they should follow the threads that has proofs. The forum is useful if you are able to dig for gold of old. Allways been that way, half is troll and half is decent. Many people cant use there own thinking to see the diffrence.

Also surgery really isnt that complicated, but it costs a shitton to go to good surgeons. Thats the only problem, so thats why people go desperatley to turkey and such
