im gonna say something controversial but cosmetic surgery shouldnt automatically be treated like some desperate or insecure decision

if someone has a feature they genuinely dislike and theyve already maxed out the things that can realistically be changed through grooming fitness skincare hair etc then surgery can be a legitimate option

the biggest argument is that some facial features simply cant be changed naturally

you can lose bodyfat improve your skin grow better hair fix your brows and build a better physique but you cant naturally change the projection of your chin the size of your nose the position of your jaw or certain structural asymmetries

thats where surgery becomes different from softmaxxing

if a structural feature is genuinely holding back your appearance then changing that feature can have a much bigger effect than spending years obsessing over tiny details

but you shouldnt jump straight into surgery either

first figure out exactly what bothers you and whether its actually noticeable to other people

then max out the basics

good haircut
clear skin
healthy body composition
good physique
proper grooming
good sleep
good posture
good style

after that if theres still one specific structural issue that bothers you then getting a consultation makes way more sense

and consultation doesnt mean committing to surgery

you can ask what can realistically be improved what the risks are what the recovery looks like and whether the expected result is actually worth it

another important point is that surgery isnt automatically an upgrade

bad planning unrealistic expectations and chasing tiny imperfections can make things worse

you should be looking for a qualified board certified surgeon with experience in the exact procedure you want and you should understand the risks before making any decision

also dont let some random looksmax forum convince you that you need five procedures to become attractive

one well chosen procedure that fixes something you genuinely dislike is completely different from becoming obsessed with changing every feature

imo the best approach is softmaxx first identify the actual structural weakness then get professional advice and only consider surgery if the expected improvement is significant enough to justify the cost recovery and risks

cosmetic surgery isnt mandatory but acting like its automatically bad or vain is just as stupid as acting like everyone needs it

its a tool and like any tool it depends on how you use it

dnr on everyones soul this guy didnt do shit
