Cosmetic Surgery Advice (Implants, Fat Graphing, Fillers etc.) - 18M 6ft - LMTN?

I have put aside a decent amount of funds to pour into my hard-max Plan. I need some feedback from reputable org users. Imo my main flaws is my eye region where I lack tilt. My mouth region also descends me by having too little width, I've looked into horizontal mouth widening procedures and I'm fond of it really. I believe that mouth widening and a canthoplasty will do wonders for myself. I want subtle changes really nothing uncanny, id like to change a few things here in there. As for my side profile I need to drop a bit more bf % followed with Submental Tightening

the easiest way to widen mouth is to just get the surgery, although it can leave some scarring at the corner of the lips. its not that expensive, i need to get it too.
ur tilt is not THAT bad, you could try getting better coloring. I think you need that.

Some more angularity with fillers in the jaw area, your zygos are already sharp enough

aye thanks, yeah another user suggested rhino instead of mouth but in my honest opinion, mouth widening is ideal for me and yeah a rhino to go with it will most def ascend further

Apart from fat graft around eyes and something for tilt maybe canthoplasty its nothing obv surgical things you can do. If you have problem with girls or anything its not your facial features

To be fair nothing you can di that will have any value to your face, you dont have like obv flaws. You would need to start doing unnecessary surgeries for minor improvements that wouldn't even be noticeable. You got a good face already, and the failos is not in the features but coloring and other stuff thats not Surgery fixable

Hard to say, just more volume. The more hair you have the harder it is to get more volume if the hair isnt layered. But you should be able to get more volume, just use hair products like powder, paste or whatever you like
