Am using azelaic, tretinoin, hydroquinone and other simple skin care product like moisturizer sunscreen etc. what product or active should I add for my acne to disappear and to heal my skin barrier. My skin barrier get so irritated sometimes

Acutane if you really want results but this is sone hard stuff and it’s not easy to get. This removes all of your acne
