AI has many advantages, but I wouldn't recommen it.. Ik gyno is shit and all, but it will eventually go away, if it won't just get the surgery done instead of playing around with your teen hormones.

Yeah it can prevent it from getting worse but most of the time it won’t shrink it for that raloxifene is the best

probably but gyno is not that big a deal honestly, just live very healthy so your estrogen normal level and if you want you can get it removed later. In my experience girls don't give a fuck about gyno on a guy with otherwise good body
