Could a sleeping mask inhibit brow ridge growth and cause sunken eyes?

I’m probably being an autist but if John and Mike Jews theory on mewing is correct, couldn’t putting constant pressure on your browridge and eyes from a sleep mask inhibit browridge growth and cause sunken eyes?
