not sure tbh. hard to accurately judge from pics alone. if the problem is mainly infraorbital deficiency then implants could be enough, but if there's real skeletal recession and bite issues, bimax might be worth looking into. i'd get a few professional opinions first

Also your lips and ears. You'll def need lower eyelid retraction, infraorbital implants, otoplasty. Regarding your lips though I'm not too sure but it's a brutal falio of yours. You probably will only make mtn

yeah, there are consultations specifically for cosmetic surgery. i'd probably look for maxillofacial surgeons if you're considering bimax, and facial plastic surgeons if you're considering implants. they'll usually evaluate you, look at imaging if needed, and tell you what options make sense
