guys i have the most swollen lower chin ever and all my life i had an addiction to bumping my basketball on my chin. ive been playing since i was a kid and i was always holding the ball, and id always like hit my chin on the ball its been an addiction, and i have the most swollen and robust and prominant chin, exactly the area where i used to hit the ball all the time. was that the ball or was it natural and i just think its the ball.

yeah so does that mean if someone does bone smashing consistantly it could have an effect, or am i delusional ( i havent looked into it idc THAT much)

maybe?? i mean it took you years for you to see something, most ppl think they can see a result in a month. doesnt mean anything either, it could just be inflammation in that area, not actual bone growth

no theres deff a bone, but theres also extra fat around there, i think its both, idk

Bone smashing works but its so little its not even worth the risk. Just take 50 iu of growth hormone and hope your heart doesnt make you explode from within is prob more worth it if you are not mtn or above (US yes WE are both LTN)
