Could Hydrocortisone reverse Nasolabial folds?

HC is used to shrink the nose, everybody knows that now.

Could it theoretically work to remove Nasolabial folds because no way the HC actually shrinks the cartilage of the nose, it’s gotta be the skin. So in that case HC could remove NFs correct?

JFL at this question, could’ve just researched how corticosteroids work and you would get it.

Hydrocortisone only works on the nose since it is anti inflammatory and decreases inflammation in the nose making it smaller.

Nasolabial folds are just fat/bone recesssion or too much fat not inflammation
