im 5'11 at 14. my entire life ive always been taller than other kids so i never rlly hit a huge growthspurt js natural growth of like an inch a year my whole life. my mom is 5'8 and my dad is 5'10 but he stunted his growth with substance abuse my grandpa is 6'3 and my uncle is 6'5. my uncles on my moms side are all 6'2+. by getting proper nutrition and sleep could i get to 6'2+

your mom is tall your dad is average so it isnt really over depends on bone age test results
