Did some kickboxing when I was 12. And a bit of swimming. Haven't really played sports at all in my teenage years. 20 now and trying to look like a man for when I start college.

Appreciate it, bro. Will definitely check it out.
I joined last week and so far it's going good. I think i'm largely past the phase where I feel really autistic because I don't know what i'm doing.

Focus all your efforts on getting stronger on OHP, weighted chinups, bench press, squat. Maybe hip thrusts too.

I may be retarded but i'm completely skipping leg days for the first 6 months. I need to get the show muscles big for clubbing when I start college. Are all those for the upper body?

If your focus is on the muscles that attract women the most then focus on weighted chinups, OHP, and hip thrusts. Glutes shoulders upper chest and back.

It's over with a mindset like that. Do you want to keep your gains in the long-term? Ofc you do! You then obviously need to approach this with a long term mindset. I get that you want to come back looking sic before school starts, having Chad mirin you and licking your marble chiselled ass and Stacy lean against your ballon pumped chest all giggly. But you need to be realistic. Now on the flipside, your base is not that terrible and newbie gains is a thing, so if you eat right and start putting the work in you will probably be able to tell a difference already after 2 months. If yr disciplined, you will start looking fit after 1 year, unless yr sick or have shit genetics(which you probably don't).

Btw, looks like you have a decent v-tapper, so that might start to show pretty early. Something to look forward to.

Aslo, remember that sometimes less is more, regardless if it sounds gay or not. Most newbies can't handle 6 times per week, as this will fry their nervous system quickly and the muscles won't have time to recover quickly. You are better of starting with 1-3 times per week.

Find a simple full body routine. Do one session. Don't go all in the first time. Most people say you should train as hard as possible every work out. This is generally true, but it can be a problem for beginners. You want to give your muscles time to adapt. Otherwise you run the risk of injuring yourself, or giving yourself DOMS(sore muscles) for 1 week+. This will severely stunt your momentum and motivation. Since you care about making gains fast, you want to "hurry slowly", so I suggest the following: First session, only do 1 set per exercise. Keep the reps in the lowest suggested range. See how many days you need to recover from DOMS. If they linger for no longer than 24 hours or don't show up at all, try doing 2 sets next session. Keep the reps the same. See how your body reacts. If you get DOMS that last longer than 72 hours, you may have trained too hard. If so, do a little less next time. If the DOMS linger in the 24-72 hours range, you're good. Rest at least 48 hours(preferably 72) in between every work out. Eventually you can scale up your reps or sets(not both at the same time). Progressive overload, yata yata. As you scale up, watch it so you don't go to fast(i.e DOMS linger for too long).

And seriously, you should think of your sleep and diet as AT LEAST AS IMPORTANT as the workout itself. Especially sleep. 5,5 hours can rob you of as much as FUCKING EIGHTY% of your gains. When you start working out, you start sleeping.

yes because you are in college with nothing to do other than wipe your ass. you have like fucking 12 hours a day to do whatever the hell you want. you might as well, if it fails you have 4 years left to pick something else to get good at. just go for it, to beat the boredom.

Fixing being Skinnyfat takes like 1-2 years G
Just focus on building muscle and increasing your test
