Could increasing my calcium potentially grow bones?

Wondering if I start chugging milk and cheese could I gain bone mass as someone who is still going through puberty

Yes it does, ur may not get ur 5-6 cm or 2 inches with calcium deficiency, it wont increase ur potential height but will make it release. Just get some money for HGH overdoses.

I have been taking 8000 iu d3 + k2 do u think adding magnesium could make much of a difference?
Yes, they all complement each other, calcium and D3 are responsible for the calcification process, magnesium and K2 modulate this process and direct the calcium to the right places, in the bones and prevent soft tissues from calcifying.

Btw, there are some bone growth supplements that contain all these factors along with some other trace elements like boron, silicon, manganese, etc. that are also contained in the bones, you might want to check some of these, though it's kinda hard to say how effective they really are:

Consume calcium with Vitamin K2 and D3, Zinc, Magnesium and Protein and it'll help
