if i got a small amount of jaw filler near the masetter or something to make it a bit wider could it make my cheeks appear more hollow

i’ve already done it before but it started to round off my jaw more when they got too big so i let them shrink a little

It definitely could, if placed correctly it will stretch the skin and your hollows will become more apparent. You’d need a bit in the jaw to angle it better slightly and then more mass in your cheekbones/zygos to stretch the skin.
