Could rapid growth be the cause of the pain in my femurs and calves

Recently i started feeling pain after doing any type of physical activity although i could do it easily without feeling any pain sm time ago

Depends how old u are lmao. I used to have calf and femur pains in middle school and eary hs cause of growth spirts. But if it hurts after physical activity you could have an injury like a crack in ur bone or smth.

I am 18 but i’ve grown quite a bit in the past months never had them in middle school
