Could somebody rate my surgeon's morph?

I also plan to do rhinoplasty after double jaw surgery. How greatly will this ascend me?

Do you guys have any advice about surgeon's plan? I will try to get him to advance my lower jaw more, and beside that I don't really see anything else that I could ask from him?
