Could someone develop autism?

U can lose ur social skills and thus appear autistic, but autists have completely different brains and that’s something u can’t develop, i don’t have the inforgraphic but I’ve seen it posted comparing a tist’s brain and a normies

Also a misconception is that autism = high iq, in actuality the higher iq you are the more likely you are to have tism

This is how I've thought of it. But I feel like my lack of social connections has just bought my autism out.
