Could Tazarotene be enough instead of hopping on Accutane if I'm 18 with little acne?

I've been on Tazarotene for 2 months and I've seen good results, but I still have acne

I don't wanna hop on Accutane and risk side effects. Also, I'm not sure if I have given enough time to topical retinoids

ok the main concern I have is, does getting on Accutane negates getting acne from food ever again??

I'm tired of getting acne when occasionally eating pizza with my family JFL
