Why would you use letrozole on its own

Letrozole is a aromatise inhibitor, on its own during puberty it significantly increase testosterone ,lowers estrogen (causes more time to grow ) and so paring this with a external androgen is very likely to increase bone maturation and stunt your growth due howgrowth plates have androgen receptors even though growth plates mainly close due to estrogen signally


I am not well educated on this topic so i may be wrong about this.
