Rn he is 5"7 or smth like that as I remember. Imo he can reach 6"1+ but he keeps saying that it's over for him. Do you have any opinions about his bone age or smth like that ? And elaborate more.

It worked for me anyway, first time i took it I was 5'11.75 on the dot barefoot morning at 14 and got 4.2 on it(indicating I was well ahead of average puberty for that age and i would grow about 2.4")

I'm now 6'2 at 16 almost 17, will probs grow one more cm I get 4.8 on the test now

Even in the worst faminee on earth height increased the same with each generation

It's literally impossible to stop growing when ur body is supposed to without extreme starvation

Even if u don't sleep at all in 30m bits ur body will just delay growth until you sleep again or even grow during the day

Your height is just the length of your tibia bone plus femur bone plus torso height plus neck height plus skull height

All just bones that grow how they always would
