Beyond over for me buddy boyos. I’m recessed as fuck. Jew orthodontist took out my lower wisdom teeth (mesial growth from bad habits and mouth breathing) and my bluepill autist mom said “bone grafts are only for people getting dentures and old people”. Got the lower 2 wisdom teeth removed at 14 years old, but my maxilla is prominent as fuck. I think it was a downswing prominent maxilla that fucked my mandible which has more crowding than upper jaw. My face started sinking but stopped slightly after carnivore diet and chewing red meat. No processed refined carbs to cuck me beyond Mumbai.

Now I have to buy my own 3 way palatal expander in hopes of saving my upper wisdom teeth and fixing downward growth. Turning 15 soon. Jew orthos have 0 braincells and they cucked my mandible to be even more asymmetrical and cooked to the fucking moon. It wasn’t recessed, it was downwardly grown.

Hopefully a 3 way expander for the upper jaw can save me. The mandible is cooked asf. I have a tall and long ramus but shit forward growth. My jaw is huge because of my huge teeth. I might need to inject bone growing peptides and roids to prevent me from becoming subhuman. I look ltn-weak mtn at best. 90% of your maxillary growth is complete by 12 so no use blaming orthos. You were almost certainly downward grown then as well. If your maxilla is downward grown it will take the mandible with it. Downward growth is recession.

Sutures are open and my palatial expander is removeable and adjustable to where you can decide how gradual it starts forward and lateral growth of the upper palate. I’m not splitting sutures or any of that invasive Jew bs jawhacks promotes

90% of your maxillary growth is complete by 12 so no use blaming orthos. You were almost certainly downward grown then as well. If your maxilla is downward grown it will take the mandible with it. Downward growth is recession.

The lower jaw doesn’t actually have any real convient sutures. That’s why lower jaw expanders are so envasive and hurt a lot.

Also even if you get a palate expander, your upper jaw will be bigger than your top jaw. The lower jaw won’t magically grow.

Expansion doesn’t fix downward growth - at best it will only widen the maxilla through MSE.
To fix downward growth you need a variety of surgeries or potentially lefort 1/2.

Right now at your age I would focus on just getting everything right - chin tucking, chew hard, and testmaxx (most important).

Even if you are downward grown but you have test and big bones and big frame with good height you’ll be fine.
