So the best way to tell, is look at cosmetic surgeries per 1000 capita

Greece, Belgium, Taiwan, Italy, Lebanon, US, Brazil, Colombia, Spain, Turkey , are all most likely to get cosmetic surgeries

Also, a good amount of surgeries in Latin America are due to people in the US travelling there for surgery to save money and the vast majority of people in the Middle East/Israel only get nosejobs.

The overall rate of surgery actually seems quite low tbh. I know that a huge percentage of Brazilian girls get butt lifts.
