M - Marks countries that have patrichal systems, high religiousity, strict laws, women arent in education much, a lot under fascist rule or religious rule. These countries will have women liberation movements and education and loosen up laws in the 80s and 90s.

F - women being in education for some time now, equality across genders, loose laws, religiousity mixed/secular. There are no laws to loosen, so they will be more resilient.
