Cover up Short face

One of my biggest flaws is like my total fwthr its like 1,27x longer tzan wide is like obv a bit short is this like fixable with hair idk a fringe or shit like that I mean its dimorphic but really bad for my harmony so I want to cover it up and how do I know if I just have a short face or normal lenght and a wide face which would be better in my opinion

Try a middle part but jaw surgery is the only way to truly fix it
