Cpapmaxxing, sleep apneamaxxing, trazadonmaxxing. I have obliterated my depression

Basically was getting depressed.

Just slightly decreased my depression at night.

Now after getting on my cpap machine i wake up feeling like

Had a septoplasty 6 weeks ago because of mouth breathing at night and depression, still healing.How much of a difference did it made for your depression? Is it really. noticeable?

Right now its good, i mean i feel alot better.

Im also feeling like going out, to get a jog
