I have something called (VMD) (Vertical maxillary ddeficiency) which gave me a goblin smile and a smaller lower third due to over closed bite, a droopy nasal tip despite my forward growth, i had no hope doing a bimax because i'm hella broke and i can't work for it because my country pays shit, but i figured out from my aunt (she's a doctor) that i can get insurance to pay for it because it caused me a real side effects such as bad airway and occlusion problems, i'm so happy rn i believed it was over, but maybe it's not.
