I'm kinda curious, is it the fast turning protocol he used? Or is he simply an anomaly?

That is with the type 2 mse right? So 0.13mm per day?
yes if you get a split and everything goes well it will be 8mm total with a 12mm expander

I never saw many before/afters from MSE. It's not a widespread treatment at all.

Yeah, I have a Won Moon MSE practitioner in my city, I'm gonna get it. I want to improve my zygos and aveolar width.

how much expansion did he get? also new techniques to do this? i need 30 mm at least for my shit mouth and i refuse to believe 8-10 mm is all you get...IMO it is a shit result done by conservative surgeons, as most are unfortunately :bluepill::soy:

Other people have seen big changes at 8-12mm but most mse before and afters on the internet are only a few mm expansion.

Most people from looksmaxxing websites maxing out a 10 or 12mm mse have narc tendencies and will never post their results for that reason.

I call this a follow-up MSE. I know one person who maxed out a 12mm MSE and will be getting at least 1 more 12mm MSE.

Usually Then you will also need MSDO or Pivotal Mandible Bipartition Osteotomy so the lower arch will match

Like 1.2cm I think. Also, no way you need 30mm lol, unless your palate is literally 15mm wide.

My bite is more or less even currently, maybe my left top arch is slightly narrower than my bottom left. My IMW is currently like 37mm, I feel like if I get 8mm of expansion I can avoid SOFT and go the orthodontic route where they tip your top arch inwards and the lower arch outwards until the bite is corrected.

You seem to know quite a bit, what's your take on this?

Awesome man, thanks so much for putting your progress out here to help others. I just have one question since idk shit about surgery: how hard is it to find a good surgeon who will perform bimax for aesthetic purposes only? Meaning there is no structural or breathing issues to begin with, the only desire is to look more forward grown.

Yes probably can get the othodontic correction as you described thats the typical thing for 10mm and under when people have a decent bite to start with.

Dont bother with SFOT grafting orthodontics just get IMDO if the typical arch tipping doesn't work out.

Ronald Ead is probably apart of some kind of marketing funnel.

Good luck. I might benefit from MSE, but I'm not sure about starting a procedure that is still fairly experimental like that. I'm worried about the reports of asymmetry in particular.
