Edit: I decided to keep my thread to help any other sub5s in need of help. I hope that this can light the way or benefit you in some form.

This thread has everything you need to improve yourself surgically; I also linked my hair and body transformation.

If you managed to find this thread, you deserve to ascend, and remember, Never Give Up.

2026 update: I have completed the fully comprehensive softmaxxing guide covering as many areas as possible. Through trial and error I'm now confident to bring this out.

Sorry it has taken me so long, I self fund everything. I also have to test everything out on myself for safety and efficacy before recommending it to you.

..............................................................

I underwent double jaw surgery, genioplasty, rhinoplasty, custom infraorbital malar implants, and custom jaw implants in Italy with Dr. Ramieri and Dr. Marianetti.

Introduction—before surgery

Main Video

9:38 for surgery video

I do my best to provide non-fraudulent/edited before and afters. I want the results to be as accurate as possible for you guys.

Before (2019) and after the first phase 1

After phase 2 (jaw implants)

(I'm also wearing Erborian CC cream in this, thanks .) @Niklaus Mikaelson (Niko))

*Also, to add, guys, I was on testosterone for approximately 2 months whilst recovering; my logic was that as my face was resetting, it would set in its ideal grown shape. You can see examples on YouTube of the changes hormones make in FTM or MTF transformations.

My Final Video

Just a note: I do stutter a bit; there was no script or acting. Also, my walk is slightly off; it was to help with the slow-mo effect.

The aim is to keep the salon professional blow-dry look throughout the week. Important looksmax.

-Hair to be washed twice a week, always double cleanse using shampoo twice. Leave conditioner in for 20 minutes to fully absorb.

Product: IQ intelligent Haircare intense moisture Shampoo and Conditioner (I wear a hair system)

--Find a hairstyle that you like; side parts are usually always a safe option. Under 25s can experiment with trendier styles.

- Blow-dry hair twice a week to maintain a professional look throughout the week. I use the one-step Revlon blow-dry brush in the mid-to-short model. Game changer.

Product: Revlon one step hair dryer and volumizer (the smaller size)

Not many videos of guys using this so this might help. If you need some guidance , it's really easy compared to traditional blow-drying.

-Leave-in conditioner to keep hair moisturized; I use IQ Intelligent Haircare. Important to spray daily.

Product: Sentoo leave in conditioner

You really just have to apply all of these products into your hair after you have washed it before you blowdry. Only the raise the root product needs to be carefully added used for your front hairline only or it will make your hair crispy.

-- Start with a heat protector spray , this is mandatory for hair systems that cannot regenerate damage.

Product: ghd Bodyguard Heat Protect Spray

- Blow-dry cream helps with giving the salon blow-dry look that holds.

Product: Redken frizz dismiss rebel tame blow dry cream

-Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother helps to keep the style.

Product: Olaplex Nº. 6 Bond Smoother: Leave-In Styling Treatment

- Color Wow Xtra large volume bombshell volumizer -- game changer for maximum volume.

Product: COLOR WOW Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer

-- Color Wow Raise the Root -- Use on the front hairline when blow-drying to give you the lift that lasts, which is important for the overall look. Such an overlooked thing that really amplifies the look.

Product: COLOR WOW Raise the Root

Apply all the products and blow-dry and style accordingly. It's very easy with the Revlon blow-dry brush; normal blow-drying requires the use of both hands (blow-dryer and brush). This is just one hand, as it's 2-in-1, easier dexterity.

Finish off with a hairspray that has flexibility, like the Sebastian reshaper hairspray.

Product: Sebastian Professional Re-Shaper Brushable Strong Hold Hairspray

If done correctly, you will have awesome salon-tier hair, without the costs and from the comfort of your own home.

Please don't disregard this; it makes a big difference.

For those wanting to colour their hair and eyebrows I added this part in my miscellaneous guide.

The first step is to double cleanse; the first stage is an oil-based cleanser, followed by a gel-based cleaner. I use the Erborian face wash set.

Product: Erborian Centella Cleansing Oil
Product: Erborian Centella Cleansing Gel

After washing, use a fresh makeup towel; you can buy 7 of these to last the week and rewash. Never let a towel that has already been used touch your face. Quick tip: change your pillowcase daily or a few times a week.

My anti ageing guide goes into more detail.

1. After your red light therapy mask

2. Apply Calecim Exosomes serum on both your face and neck.

Product: Calecim Professional Serum 5ml

3. Ghk Cu Serum - This is a copper peptide, a growing trend for collagen synthesis.

Product: Biolab Serum with Copper Peptides Super GHK-Copper 16% Intensive

4. Exosome eye cream

Product: Calecim Eye Contour Lifting Cream

5. Final occlusive layer—this helps to lock everything in. I personally use Erborian milky serum.

Product: Erborian Skin Therapy Milky-Serum

A lot of what I do is based on Korean skin care, as they are miles ahead compared to the West. Yes, I use a lot of Erborian products, as they are good.

Stage 6: Lastly, use a deeply hydrating lip balm to allow your lips to stay moisturized.

Product: Burt's Bees Lip Mask, Overnight Lip Treatment, Intense Lip Repair

Really, that's your evening skin care done.

This will give such a great base for the next stage.

1) PDRN serum with niacinamide

Product: medicube Salmon DNA PDRN Pink Peptide Serum, Pink glow serum, Peptide, Niacinamide

2)
Exosomes serum

Product: Dermalogica Phyto-Nature E² Regenerating Daily Exosome Leave-On Treatment

2a
) (optional) If you are someone who is into lightening your skin, now try a "tone up" cream, a Korean "secret" for how they look so light. I personally use Numbuzin No. 3 Porcelain Tone-Up Beige. This doesn't look fake or ghostly. Other tone-up creams look horrific on darker skin shades, like chalk.

Product: numbuzin - No.3 Porcelain Base-skip Tone Up Beige SPF50

2) Apply sunscreen at the same time; this is for everyone, not just for the face apply to the neck, ears and hands. Please use an 8-hour sunscreen, as you want all-day coverage. Riemann P20 Sensitive Face SPF 50 is excellent.

Product: Riemann P20 Sensitive Face SPF50+ Cream

3) Apply Erborian CC cream. I use the shade Dore, but if you are Caucasian, use Clair, etc. If you do not have sensitive skin, you can use it under your eyes too. If you do, you have to use their CC eye cream in the same matching shade.

Product: Erborian CC cream

4) Eyelash curl: Curl lashes for approximately 5-10 secs. These can be found cheaply on Amazon.

Product: Any eyelash curler is sufficient

5) Use a tinted lip balm. I personally use Bobbi Brown bare pink lip balm, but there are affordable alternatives. You don't want heavy tinting on your lips.

Product: Bobbi Brown Extra Lip Tint Bare Pink

6) Contouring—if you want a final touch, it is to use a contour pencil, even on the sides of the nose, and blend it in for a slimmer-looking nose. I use Make Up Forever Limitless Brown.

Product: Make up Forever Artist Color Pencil - 608 Limitless Brown

7) Deodorant -- I use a natural deodorant that does work very well , it's called "Fussy" it provides 24 hours protection and can be used for other areas of your body. (Would also laser off hair as well to help)

Product: Fussy Natural Deodorant

This is really everything you need for a daily morning skincare and natural makeup look.

Here are some tips that I can't effectively categorize, but they are good.

Korean scrub (Italy towel) once a week. Stay in the shower for approximately 20 minutes, then scrub your body down as if you are sanding.

Product: Any Korean towel/Italian towel is sufficient

Use a body butter morning and evening on your body; shea butter is A-tier. Find one that is scented. I personally use Dr. Shea organic butter in citrus.

Product: Shea butter (easy to make your own body butter at home mixed with almond oil and citrus oil all natural but use refined organic Shea butter thank me later)

Brush and floss teeth twice daily with an electric toothbrush; this includes manually cleaning your tongue. I use something called a Tung brush specifically. Use a natural toothpaste and mouthwash like tea tree oil or clove oil; you want to maintain your mouth microbiome that does the fighting, which chemical toothpastes/mouthwashes wreck. Always see morning breath as you doing something wrong. You can add an interdental brush on top of flossing to really cover more areas. I'm testing a product called "Boka Fluoride Free Nano Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste" to basically re rebuild the enamel.

Shower daily but use an exfoliating glove paired with natural soap (I use faith in nature soap ) two to three times a week to really remove as much dead skin and dirt as possible. I try to avoid harsh chemicals unless necessary, you want to maintain you skin flora/microbiome, that doesn't mean natural products are always effective, it's really finding a balance.

Visit the dentist once a year for checkups/scans and the hygienist twice a year for a deep cleaning of your mouth. It covers areas that toothbrushes can't clean effectively.

Having straight teeth with braces is a solid looksmax; you can use your retainer tray to add whitening gel. You can do this overnight every 15 days whilst you sleep with carbamide peroxide 16% syringes

Product: Polanight 16% Carbamide Peroxide

Contouring teeth is also legit and a nice final touch. Remember to wear retainers to maintain.

Manicures and pedicures. Really easy—you can buy a 4-in-1 manicure set. Trim nails normally every 2 weeks, then use the manicure set to file, buff, and polish nails every week. (Buff only once a month). If you use a pumice stone weekly on feet and hands, follow up with a body butter to soothe.

Product: Manicare Nail Buffing Block, 4 Sided Nail File And Buffer For Shaping, Styling, Smoothing And Polishing,

Eyebrow shaping I would go to a salon and have this done; it's pretty cheap and normal for guys to do this, and it makes a difference. I don't recommend doing it at home.

Hair and eyebrow coloring/dyeing—amazing looksmax. If you have black hair, use something called L'Oreal HiColor. I use a shade called soft brown, but you can experiment with other colors. Normal hair dye will not work on black hair, which is why people just don't bother; HiColor will bleach it at the same time.

Product: Loreal Excel Hicolor H03 Tube Soft Brown (you will need developer aswell 30%)

Product: Professional Cream Hair Developer Activator Peroxide for Hair Colouring Long Lasting Colour and Grey Coverage 1000ml -%30 Volume

If you are ethnic and want an ambiguous look, this will be a heavy game changer. Remember to do the eyebrows as well. Pair this with laser hair removal for facial hair and my makeup guide, including the tone-up cream to cover uneven skin. You can take daily liposomal glutathione capsules to help. All of this will effectively reduce ethnic failos and it's very, very cost-effective.

Laser hair removal is great; it will make you look younger and remove the hair before it can go grey. Make you look a lot more professional and refined. If you have ultra-thick hair, then you will have to go to a professional salon. Make sure they use a Candela machine, which is the gold standard.

I also use the Ulike Air 10, which can be used at home and has saved me a lot; it works effectively on thicker male body hair.

Product: Ulike IPL Hair Removal Device Air 10 (This always goes on sale never pay full price )

Chemical peel on your face once a week; I use the Erborian Skin Hero Peeling. You want to be gentle with your face, not to disrupt the skin barrier, so only mild exfoliation.

Product: Erborian Skin Hero Peeling

Cologne/perfume use before going out: I use Blue de Chanel; this is universally liked.

Product: BLEU DE CHANEL Eau de Toilette

Heel/shoe lifts will give you a safe 1-inch or 2-inch height boost. Try to wear boots for this.

Purchase 7 makeup towels; every time you wash your face nightly, you use a new towel, which can then be washed. Never let a used towel touch your face.

Change your pillowcase daily for the above same reasons.

Wash clothes and everything on a hot wash 60-degree cycle, even if it's 3 hours. Use a laundry sanitizer in the rinse cycle as well.

There is no complete right or wrong answer to this, this is simply how I choose to live life.

It's more like a Monk, utilizing modern technologies.

I can go into a more detailed guide, but I think the below is foundational, which you can expand on in the direction you want to go.

1. Organic and homemade foods — there are more and more sites available that deliver organic farm-grade products directly to your home. You can have this set up on a weekly basis. The funny thing is that it works out cheaper than takeouts. If you have a car, you can also drive to your local farm directly. Learning to cook homemade foods like bread is easy, especially with a no-knead recipe.

Just a note not all organic farms are really organic a lot are just marketed that way so really get to know the farm. Also for an S+ tip try to get biodynamic food, most people have never heard of this , it's superior to organic these farms basically connect to the land not only is it truly ethical and trust it makes a big difference in the quality, they pride themselves in producing the best in a sustainable way, much harder and rarer.

2. Filtered water and a water softener — have a plumber install a water filter on your main sink; there will be a separate tap. I purchased my drinking filter from a site called Wrekin Water. It lasts a whole year. Also purchase a water softener this will come with a ton of skin benefits.

3. Air purifiers. Try to have multiple air purifiers with HEPA grade filters around your house, especially in your bedroom.

Product: Medify MA 112 Air Purifier

4. Nature walks come with countless benefits. Try to avoid things like treadmills ect these are all synthetic. Tons of benefits from being in real nature. Try 4 times a week, from running to walking.

5. One meal a day — if you can handle it, try to get into a routine of eating once a day or even twice a day. This comes with countless benefits. Try to have fish oil and a shot of diluted apple cider vinegar before your meals. Always eat carbs/desserts after your main meal. There is an order in which you eat.

6. Weekly detox — have a bucket of disinfection solution to soak all our bathroom items such as toothbrushes and anything that can be contaminated to be disinfected. Also, to wipe your room down as well. To also wash all clothing in a 60-degree sanitizing wash with a laundry sanitizer on the rinse cycle.

7. When waking up in the morning, listen to calm music and take time to think/ meditate on where you want to be in life keep and the steps needed to get there, keep a gratitude journal where you write it down on paper. Follow your intuition and passions that emerge even though it might feel obscure. It will lead you to where you need to go. It could be a random YouTube video that shows up with all the answers you need. Don't want to get too spiritual, let's keep it focused.

8. Yoga/Stretches—You should have a daily stretching routine going through motions to remain flexible and prevent injury. If you can follow up with some body exercises (calisthenics) to give some resistance, this will keep you in shape without taxing your body long-term. I always wanted to pick up Qigong but if you are not into "energy" and all that it's ok.

9. Try to get 8 hours sleep. This is critical. Shower daily, prioritize self-improvement daily in all categories in life, from simple hygiene habits to looksmaxxing to health. Try to live the life that the person you want to be would live and watch it slowly align over the years.

Ok, I get pretty autistic with this, but let me show you. Also, bros, my previous guides cover many points not listed here.

1. Peri-orbital vein removal - easy and underrated looksmax. You know the blue veins and red veins old people have? Well, there is a laser procedure that removes them and wipes years off your face. It's not expensive either.

2. Micro needling - You can purchase an at-home micro needling pen, which saves on clinic fees; minimum to be done every quarter.

Product: Dr Pen M8s Microneedling Pen

3. Exosomes after microneedling: Apply exosomes; these are new tech and are very effective. This should also be in your daily skincare regimen, which I will discuss more of.

Product: Calecim Professional Serum 5 ml

4. Picosure laser—Korean gold standard anti-aging and anti-pigment laser. (This is on my list in the future, not tested by me yet)

5. Laser hair removal—having facial hair makes you look older. Clinics use the Candela machine as the gold standard. I highly recommend you get the Ulike Air 10 if you have thin hair; it pays for itself and is highly effective. If you have grey hair, you will have to use electrolysis to have it removed.

Laser hair removal is a game changer if you are ethnic. Not just for your face, for your body as well.

Product: Ulike Air 10 IPL hair removal

Red light LED mask - At first I felt this was going to be a cope, but I am happy with how things are progressing; I'm definitely seeing lines around my eyes going. The one I have does red light and infrared, and it's not difficult to implement in a daily evening schedule before your evening routine.

Product: Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Cooling LED Anti-Aging Blemish Repair Mask

Morning Daily anti-aging skincare. This is specifically for anti-aging; please use this in addition to my morning and evening guides above.

1. SPF 50—This is probably the most important foundational step. I use an 8-hour one to ensure full daily coverage; there is no point in ones that last 2 hours. Also, it must be designed for faces.

Product: P20 Sensitive Face SPF50+ Sunscreen

2. Bakuchiol serum - This is a natural retinol alternative. You can get prescription retinol, but I chose to do it this way.

Product: EQQUALBERRY Bakuchiol Plumping Face Serum

3. PDRN serum with Niacinamide -

Product: medicube Salmon DNA PDRN Pink Peptide Serum

4. Exosomes—new cutting-edge tech. We really go down the stem cell path, but I can assure you these are ethically sourced. Absolutely no harm was done.

Product: Dermalogica Phyto-Nature E² Regenerating Daily Exosome Leave-On Treatment

Product: Calecim Eye Contour Lifting Cream

Evening

1. After your red light therapy mask

2. Apply Calecim Exosomes serum on both your face and neck.

Product: Calecim Professional Serum 5ml

3. Ghk Cu Serum - This is a copper peptide growing trend for collagen synthesis.

Product: Biolab Serum with Copper Peptides Super GHK-Copper 16% Intensive

4. Exosome eye cream

Product: Calecim Eye Contour Lifting Cream

5. Final occlusive layer—this helps to lock everything in. I personally use Erborian milky serum.

Product: Erborian Skin Therapy Milky-Serum

Supplements:

NMN Capsules: Apparently this is a key component to anti-aging, a precursor of NAD⁺. I'm not a biochemist, but personally I feel it plays a role, and I have much more energy than I used to.

Product: Donotage Pure NMN 500 mg, 60 capsules

Fish oil-- use the liquid not the capsules. The capsules have barely anything in them.

NAC: fuels Mitochondria protect DNA.

Product: Prowise NAC N-acetylcysteine 600 mg

Vitamin D3 + K2 - foundational supplement

Monthly senolytic push—Not sure if this works, but every month I take a large dose of fisetin over 2 days, which clears "zombie cells" in the body. This is apparently silent aging.

Take 1500 mg a day for 2 days only; do this once a month.

Product: Aeternum Fisetin 500 mg, 60 capsules

Quick tips

Purchase a pill organizer; you can get a large one to help you organize morning and PM dosages every day of the week. Saves having so many packets on your desk.

Purchase a mini beauty fridge; if you are using exosomes and peptide serums, this will help them last longer.

I'm always learning and updating; please use this in conjunction with my other guides to cover peripheral areas.

Hair loss—Note: this hair thread was made in 2019. I learned this can be done much cheaper and better if you buy and learn to fit it yourself directly from a supplier, which can be found on Alibaba or even Lord Hair, and just have a stylist near you cut it in. Hair system salons are great if you are new and need guidance, but they are middlemen that upcharge, so go straight to the supplier/factory.

If you have a receding hairline, a hairline transplant with the hair system just behind it effectively gives you 100% undetectable coverage of baldness. I will be adding this when it's needed.

Body - After results include My Anavar (steroid) cycle

If this has helped you, if you can help a member out on this forum in some way, that would make me happy. You don't know what someone is going through.

Thank you to @kota for recommending me Dr. Ramieri's clinic.

I don't know I hate seeing anything surgery related but ESPECIALLY just the mouth region is so scary

I guess I'll be under anesthesia and it'll be a doctor working on me and when I wake up I'll be fine so I guess it's not so bad

The only way to leave this forum is by achieving chad or chadlite level. Otherwise you will be invisible to attractive girls and waste your life here, even with 5 surgeries under your belt.

Thanks mate, you're a looksmaxing inspiration bhai, I'll try to be as detailed as you with my surgeries, expect for the video I'm too high inhib for that :Comfy:

The fact that Ramieri does peek implants and I personally saw some 3d models with screws on on this table (meaning the guy wanted implants after bimax) makes me think Ramieri could actually do both my osteotomy and implants, and I don't need to travel to USA (even if he sounded very conservative about it)

As always with bimax... let me guess, side profile improved but frontal there is no difference. Am i correct? If yes, now you need to get implants as a next step.
That's what concern me.
They really cant do anything for the front?

This was surprisingly affordable. All of that in the US could easily be $60k+ considering the expertise of the surgeons involved.

how long do you need to stop the gym?

Dr Ramieri says 4 weeks mininum and no heavy lifting that would clench your teeth.

I am back on testosterone and primobolan to help in getting my weight and strength back.

Expect to lose alot of weight and strength after this surgery even if you are eating well.

Yeah i hope to get before and afters when the swelling is gone and edit it into the video all with a higher resolution. But wanted to give you guys something now and not wait that long.

I had camouflage orthodontics before pre surgical orthodontics. So i guess i had a minor overbite before having braces at all.

so u think 8-9mm bsso made a big difference? fixing overbite + pushing the jaw little more over the "natural" state?

How long do you have to wait until you can clench your teeth? I assume this is due to CCW rotation?

It made a reasonable difference, it just balanced/harmonised my face. I wouldn't say i have a slayer lower third. The biggest change imo was the infraorbital malar implants tbh

I had clockwise rotation for short face. He didnt say how long to not clench teeth but tbh, its going to be a long time before i can lift heavy again. It will be light to medium weights for months.
