Is it possible to improve your orbitalmaxillary angle from puberty(14-15) to 18 or only lefort? And is it genetecally?

Well, your orbital maxillary angle could improve slightly from facial bone growth while undergoing puberty. But it mainly boils down to genetics as the position of the orbital rims and maxilla is skeletal and determined by genetics. You could use orthodontic methods to your advantage.

Le Fort is your only option for drastic improvements.
