i heard it gets better with time. add a androgen those are very dopaminergic u will feel okay

well letrozole barely passes BBB so it wont damage brain. also you will get 3x the testosterone you had while on it so bone health is not a problem rly for men. his goal is height

U still get the side effects.low estrogen itself causes brain fog low mood, anxiety, and depression in men. Estrogen plays a big role in male brain function. Crashing it still fucks with your head even if the drug doesn't cross the barrier much.

its very person dependent. you can feel like shit or feel fine. still u can kinda add androgens or microdose depression medication if u feel bad. for letrozole alone there is no cognitive decline. means you wont turn stupid
