Not that bad simply because it's good cardio as well

Beyond shit tier for actual bodybuilding tho

I'm gonna start doing
200 widegrip pullups
400 push-ups
400 situps (Bateman style)
400 chin ups
And normal squats with actual weight cuz I cba to do so many

Depends how big you are

It's almost impossible to get "too big" for typical gym goer, and even most roiders

Been doing 10 squats a day and have seen an improvement in posture ngl, this looks good but a bit extreme
