I had front cheek fillers done and they didn’t provide me much angularity imo, just good volume and I look younger and more youthful.

I did have them done in Korea where they don’t really like sharp cheekbones so maybe the injection technique wasn’t done to create angularity

I’m also below 15% bf and my zygos are 6” wide, so I should be a pretty good candidate for getting sharp cheekbones from filler.

I’ll probably get another touch up eventually with an American doctor and see if there’s a difference

I also talked to a good surgeon who told me fillers won’t create masculine cheekbones. He thinks it’s fine for woman but not for men who want a masculine look. I went in for a consultation for fillers/fat grafts and he suggested me implants.

Looking at his result, his cheeks look pretty low set in the after shot. That area definitely doesn’t feel like bone, it will feel like fat but slightly harder

Most of the swelling from fillers is gone in a day or two. That's most likely the result he'll keep for 6-9 months then a slow deflation back to normie.

Jawline is great, cheeks look good in a few pics but the last two on the bottom image make it obviously fake-looking. I think though to a certain extent you need to add cheek filler if you do a lot of jaw filler.
