I could go on about a whole list of things that could increase height, but its all very minimal and alot of the times cope. Natural supplements like Creatine, can supposdley help, however its so minimal its doesnt actually help increase height imo. create has studies showing its benefits on igf-1 levels and dht increase, however for height its cope, take like peptides, ai's, etc, or even HGH if ur willing to do it

i take creatine for overall health and dht/igf-1 only, imo sleep and diet will ultimately do the most for your height. (besides genetics) although i haven’t tried any height boosting stacks

It doesn’t increase height it makes you do 1 or 2 reps in the gym at max
