It says the pack included 2 1 week cycles do I do both at the same time or use them one at a time. I’m tryna have unnaturally white teeth in 15 days

No dip the problem is that it says it’s like a mega dose or some shi with 2 cycles in one. So my question is if I should space out the cycles or just use both back to back

Pretty sure it says ur good for a month after the 1st cycle but if u feel ur teeth are still not white enough just go straight into the 2nd
