Crest Whitening Strips

Has anyone used Crest whitening strips?

Recommended to me, don’t wanna waste time/money though.
+ I have some plaque so maybe I need to get that removed first to see results.
If anyone has good knowledge on this let me know

just buy hydrogen peroxide but dont be a dumbass with it and research

I’ve used them and they don’t work as well as using hydrogen peroxide yourself but it still does works. I haven’t used them consistently tho due to my teeth being sensitive.

Yes but it’s active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide (as far as I understand) so surely this is just the same thing in terms of effectiveness, as I’m not too bothered about the extra $ here to save my time.

i haven’t tried the crest ones but i have tried strips and i dont see a diffrence after using them for 2 weeks. hydrogen peroxide costs 1-2$ so the best bet is that.
