Critique my ascension plan m19

I know I’m decent looking right now but perfection is the goal. I am planning on running ghkcu, accutane, and cjc/ipa for 6 months. This will give me model level complexion and debloat. I then plan on getting otoplasty to tighten my facial silhouette and fix asymmetry to make my jawline appear more square. Lastly I will get under eye filler to fraud my hallow orbitals and improve symmetry. Is this a valid plan to reach hhtn-lcl or should I go a different route. Chase Crawford is my goal aesthetic.
