Here's my current supplement softmax stack, critique it without trolling.
Feel free to let me know what you'd add/remove and especially WHY.
Also let me know if you think anything in here has bad interactions.
The goal is to improve it as much as possible.

Morning:
- 300mg Caffeine + 400mg L-theanine
- Modafinil (Modalert) 200mg (only on high workload days)

Throughout the day:
- 15mg beta-Carotene
- 50mg Zinc
- 5mg Biotin
- 5g Creatine
- 4000UI Vitamin D
- 2000mg Omega-3
- 1000mg MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
- 500mg Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)
- "VM-2000" Multivitamins: ingredients here

Before sleep:
- 400mg Magnesium


A few notes:
- Keto cycling diet (in and out of carnivore throughout the year)
- 4L (1 gal.) water/day
- Melatonin when fixing sleep schedule
- Nicotine abuser (snus)
- Minoxidil user

minoxidil... Make sure to get cardio. My heart is having palpitations time to time. I don't remember if it happened before.
Yea the gallon of water is good, the nicotine is scumcel tier, sleeping schedule works good too for acne.

that much aspirin will burn a hole in ur gut , i'm srs

Fr the only useful shit I see here is creatine and maybe vitamin D depending on how much sun exposure he gets, the rest should come from diet.

Yes I do cardio twice a week. Also, nicotine can have good effects.

This is for health mostly, but my goal is to mediummax and mog anyone considered above average by far, but not chads (going that far even seems gross).

1) Afaik you'd need to eat a lot more in order to achieve all of the necessary ones
2) You can't have the same "full diet" everywhere you go and/or while travelling unless you spend a lot of time thinking about it, organising it, etc... in which case supplements come in handy no matter what.
3) Most of the brands I use have higher absorption, especially the VM-2000 which has the highest absorption for a Multivit.
4) Usually my diet has most of what's needed, also love to eat beef liver regularly, so this stack also acts as a safety pin as well.

15-20 mins of sunlight daily on average, which isn't enough so yeah.

You already have the main stuff there.

I don't know about creatine since it pulls water into your muscles which to me sounds like it makes you bloated, but there is no proof to this.

Modafinil works unlike some drug addict degenerates over here are saying (this is the only place I've ever seen someone critique moda).
You basically have to not have expectations or actively seek into observing any effects, but rather focus on your work and on being productive as you usually would, and you will end up seeing actual real results, I've been using it on and off for a while now and it never really disappointed me.
