Here's my current supplement softmax stack, critique it without trolling.
Feel free to let me know what you'd add/remove and especially WHY.
Also let me know if you think anything in here has bad interactions.
The goal is to improve it as much as possible.
Morning:
- 300mg Caffeine + 400mg L-theanine
- Modafinil (Modalert) 200mg (only on high workload days)
Throughout the day:
- 15mg beta-Carotene
- 50mg Zinc
- 5mg Biotin
- 5g Creatine
- 4000UI Vitamin D
- 2000mg Omega-3
- 1000mg MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
- 500mg Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)
- "VM-2000" Multivitamins: ingredients here
Before sleep:
- 400mg Magnesium
A few notes:
- Keto cycling diet (in and out of carnivore throughout the year)
- 4L (1 gal.) water/day
- Melatonin when fixing sleep schedule
- Nicotine abuser (snus)
- Minoxidil user
