maybe for small augmentations but if you need a wraparound prob not
Yeah. Sailer uses it for midface implants only, not wraparound.

Edit: tbh seems interesting idk, maybe @RealSurgerymax can give us insights.
 
Apparently it is in the ceramic family which never fully turns into bone. If this is different and does fully turn into bine then it will resorb and remodel to a new shape, bo matter what they are saying.

what is your recommendation for an implant material that doesn't cause bone absorption and can last a lifetime?

PEEK is probably the best material

There is no perfect material they will all cause an insignificant imprint on the bone.
