So my subhuman hormone genetics have struck me down and given me minor gyno symptoms on 2.5mg of dut. Before anyone says to lower my dose my hair loss is too aggressive for that I’d rather have eighteen gyno surgeries than lower dose ngl…

Anyways I’ve been toying around with some ideas to reduce the gyno. I first wanna try some natural stuff (zinc, vitamin e, DIM, lifestyle) but not sure how well that’s gonna work.

My main question is what route should I go down for a pharmaceutical method. Should I go with a raloxifene and see what that does? Or should I use very low dose anastrozole (like .25mg/week)…? Or both?
My main concern here is not only their effectiveness but also their hair safety. Ideally I would use aromasin but it’s not hair safe at all. Obviously this will not be good for my hair but what must be done must be done

Well, my concern is that while anastrozole only results in more test, exemestane will produce more test AND this metabolite… this if I CAN get away with anastrozole I would rather do that, or raloxifene?

DHT is extremely strong and is the main concern, stop stressing bro. Dutasteride and minoxidil will take care of your hair.

Adjust dosages based on the symptoms of high e2

For example
If u have itchy nips
Ur balls start to hurt
U become bloated
Ur blood pressure is high
Pop an AI

not the dude you’re replying to but this is my thread and honestly my gyno mostly went away without doing anything I guess it was an initial hormonal imbalance. I had slight forms of other sides after a couple weeks on the drug and they went away after a couple more weeks. For anyone dealing with this

Yh, np dude, nice to hear ur experience too! I will firstly start fin and depending if I get or not no side effects I will switch to dut! I want to take dut, but I will test for testosterone and estradiol before starting and while on dut retest it and if I have above noraml range estradiol I will take aromasin

yeah sounds like a good plan! Also anecdotally some people experience no sides on dut but they get them on fin? Not sure if this is literature backed but I’ve just heard this, but sides are rare in any case so dont worry about it. Also if you’re already doing bloodwork I would suggest doing a test for PSA (prostate specific antigens). I never did this (I will in a couple years) but it helps because these drugs are initially prostate focused and can make it harder to detect some prostate issues like cancer so it helps to have a baseline

Yeah like I said after getting on 2.5mg dut I basically had after two weeks nipple sensitivity, weak erections (when madturbating not during sex), and watery sperm. After like three more weeks they all went away. I suppose if they don’t then you can take like a low dose ai or something

My plan was to test my estrogen levels firstly and then if I get gyno from fin/dut get on aromasin and manually lower my estrogen to my previous level! I doubt aromasin will make me lose hair if for exemple I get on 2.5mg dut! And wouldn't raloxifen be a better choice, I heard it's better than tamoxifen? And getting rid of gyno in 8 weeks is pointless bcs if u quit, the gyno will come back, so u gotta be on it for life

Dut will do nothing for hair loss from AI
My gyno was from roids so it doesn't come back for me after stopping tamoxifen unless I do a stupid roid cycle again.
Never tried raloxifene because tamoxifen has worked so well for me.
Wouldn't ever touch AI's they are poison but you do what you wanna do.

But I can also use ru58841 to be 100% sure I have near 0 androgenic activity on scalp! U didn't use any 5ar inhibitors while on cycle?

My gyno was from roids so it doesn't come back for me after stopping tamoxifen unless I do a stupid roid cycle again.

You will lose hair from an AI regardless of DUT.

Bro u used tamoxifen only temporary, but in my case I would have to use it for life and I would still have high estradiol even if I won't get gyno! I wanna use an ai in case my estradiol gets too high and then lower it to my previous levels before fin/dut! So I don't see how an ai would cause hair loss if u keep estrogen in same range u had it before starting and also lower scalp DHT a lot! U recommend to use tamoxifen for life in case u get gyno from 5ar inhibitors?

If you lowered estrogen with AI and it was caused by fin and dut it would raise again once you stopped the AI

But who said I want to stop the ai? If I get high estrogen from fin/dut I will use an ai for as long as I will use 5ar inhibitors! The only downside I would be more concerned is worse lipid profile(since I already have genetically shitty lipid profile despite being lean and eating clean)! But I would counter this side effect with a pcks9 inhibitor
