For eyebrows & eyelashes:

Oral minoxidil 2.5 mg
Bimatoprost (Latisse) 0.03%
The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum

For physique and height:

Somatropin: 8 IU ED (daily) via subcutaneous injection in the evening
Exemestane: 6.125 mg EOD (every other day)
BPC-157 + TB-500 / 200 mcg + 200 mcg twice daily
Abaloparatide: 80 mcg via subcutaneous injection in the evening
GHRP-2: 500 mcg/day
MK-677: 10 mg in the evening before bed
Eplerenone: 25 mg
If knee pain from HGH becomes too intense: 1g paracetamol as needed (max 1g/day)

For skin: 6–10 month course
Isotretinoin: 30 mg/day
For side effects:
Aquaphor/Vaseline for lips (twice daily)
Saline solution (twice daily) for eyes and nose
TUDCA 1g (at dinner)
Omega-3 (2–3g)
Non-comedogenic moisturizer (e.g., CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion)
SPF 50 daily, even in winter; ideally non-comedogenic and with a simple ingredient list
Post-course:
Tretinoin 0.0025% 3–4x per week; if well-tolerated, switch to nightly use
GHK-Cu subcutaneous injection 4 mg nightly (1000 mg course; use until supply runs out)
