500cal (1500cal deficit)

trying to get super lean but i understand that i still need to eat and cant starve. how much should my deficit be at if my maintence is 2000 ive been eating 500cals for a week. (I know this is not healthy but i want to be as thin as possible in the quickest amount of time i can)

trying to lose around 10lbs as fast as possible (i am not fat im decently skinny already)

I got deja vu from this somehow lol.
Anyway u can go for 1150 kcal deficit instead and lose 10lb in a month. It’s a healthier option and slightly easier for you.

im not sure if im done growing but ive been 18 for a month now, i weigh around 130 currently and my goal weight is 120-115 (5'9-5'10). Im doing this because i want to see how thing/lean i can get before i bulk up and be alot bigger for the rest of my life. this is sort of a experiment i guess lol

You lose a kg of fat for every 7700 kcal you burn.
4.5 x 7700=34,650
34,650 / 30=1,155
this is a obvious dumb question but if i go for more runs i will get there quickly right

im not sure if im done growing but ive been 18 for a month now, i weigh around 130 currently and my goal weight is 120-115 (5'9-5'10). Im doing this because i want to see how thing/lean i can get before i bulk up and be alot bigger for the rest of my life. this is sort of a experiment i guess lol
You don’t need to bulk to gain muscle unless you are underweight.
Just know bulking doesn’t add muscle directly. Only indirectly.

Running doesn’t burn fat that much mostly carbs. Try walking. Incline on treadmill can help you do it faster.

bro its not how it works. its all about the calories not what you burn in the exercise. if you run and burn carbs at your rest body uses fat as fuel

its hell but i use nicotine and that causes appetite suppression, ive also been a little depressed and felt out of control with things so ive been really in control with my food which i know is unhealthy and eating disorder like

Water weight is irrelevant to body fat. It will come back quickly.
Just be in deficit and go for walks (optional)
got it i'm gonna try to eat around 800-1000 cal a day max and 15k steps minimum with obviously water, sodium and potassium throughout the day and i take magnesium daily 800mg.

it doesnt help me anymore but a year prior when i would starve and fast it made me feel superior to others.

you know like normies just eat their goyslop and get their dopamine and i just sit there suffering through the urges

i definitely get what you mean, like when you say no to a treat that everyone else around you is eating

Starvemaxxing with 4L water and 90+minutes cardio everyday did things to me
If it's possible you should do this, results are insane

You will do it like for 1-2 week maximum,so it doesn't affect you that much, results will be in very short term

Dinner:

I starve at school and then just eat whatever my mum cooks at home
I had a school lunch so I’m passing on dinner for tonight, mom ordered pizza 😞 wish I could eat it

Switch it round cause trust me eating food at home is always better than the school slop. The only thing I sometimes eat at school is these small fruit pots which they sell

Yeah but I mean it was just a couple chicken tenders and I didn’t have breakfast so I lowkey caved in, I started to skip lunch 90% of the time now. Really want that pizza downstairs rn but I’m stronger lol

nah bro if you wanna maximize growth thats not the way to go, trust me its better to not be as lean in a 3 year period just to secure an inch of height, cause every fucking inch counts, and i suppose you are around 5´8 to 6 or smth like that, 500 calories is going to kill you bro

There’s a very high chance that he’s stopped growing if he’s 18 there’s not really any point in caring about it unless u get an X-ray and I find out that they still haven’t closed
