hi guys this is my current gym progress (no pics) but what i have noticed so far
5'10, 130-131 pounds aka 59kg
Slight increase in strenght
1st week bench press, no weight only bar
1st month bench press, bar + 25 plate each side
1st week military press, 5kg dumbells
1st month military press, 25-30kg dumbells
alot more but im not rlly gonna get into detail
