Wasn't palnning on reading

Pretty mog but Idk why you wouldn't take oral minox when it's so much more effective than topical. Also I don't think moisturizer brand really matters and I don't think you're training your triceps enough with that split and since triceps make up 2-3rds of the arm and biceps only make up 1/3rd, triceps should be prioritized more. Unless your triceps are a strong point and your biceps are a weak point then fair enough.

Workout split specifically made for that. One vertical and one horizontal pressing movements already cover the Medial and Short head of the triceps quite well but with lacking Long head tension; these two directly work the triceps well enough as it's one of the primary muscles being activated.
Added 1 set to failure near the end to cover for the Long head lacking which comes to about 3x direct biasing sets for the triceps and 6 indirect sets / more or less ¬7 efficient weekly sets for the triceps alone.

At the cost of certain side effects, if finasteride proves to be lacking in regrowing, I'll switch over to dutasteride briefly.
As for the topical/oral minoxidil, it's simply side effect/positive effect ratio, they have largely the same outcomes with different focus areas and negatives. I'd rather not grow extra body hair and risk certain cardiovascular complications on Oral than simply sticking to a spray every night.
