bonesmashing. at first it was giving me way more forward growth on zygos but eventually they blunted and lost their sharp contour. took for ever for the hard callusing to heal. i dont recommend bonesmashing. mirin the people who pull it off like clav but i didnt know ratios as well back then so i didnt know i was gonna failo myself. oh well its over now and im back in prime and on pharmacology now so theres net gain in another way
