Diet:
3700 calories
550g carbs
170g protein
90g fat
Mostly Whole Foods

Sups:
6iu hgh
6g msm
15k iu vitamin d
1000mg berberine

Exercise:
4x week modified u/l split (3x frequency for delts and arms)
At least 10k steps

Other:
9 hours of sleep
1x week sauna
Bone smash sometimes

Additions soon:
Aromasin 12,5mg 3x week
Topical minoxidil
Ghkcu
Maybe accutane



Any recommendations to add or change?

looks great but i believe you should stick to u/l rest u/l rest, that much frequency/volume is gonna fatigue you in the long run.

Nah I do upper rest lower upper rest lower with delts and arms rest
It’s been amazing so far
