Did you mean you take NAC? I’ve never heard of NAD. I take NAC consistently along with cycling mucuna pruriens. Helps me so much mentally.

Yessir i take nac as well with Tudca , but NAD+ is a peptide for everything cellularly and basically anti aging for the organs
