Down graft is the hardest to recover from tho as the gap is the biggest.
You cant compare recovery as its depends mostly on how big the movements and what type of movements
no i only had 2 day hospital stay. I only had bsso + genio, but also had rhino. So only had minor nose bleeds from the rhino. I literally feel completely fine, like I didn't even have surgery. All my numbness in my lip is already gone, just a little bit left in my chin. But still very swollen. It goes down a lot at night though, but then you wake up a balloon again.

Thats extremly small movements, i had 12 bsso and 4 genio and those were still quite small
