I think there’s ignorance in prioritising looks over health as they typically coincide. Like avoiding the sun and lathering your skin in carcinogenic creams, blasting cuz food is ass(eat cleaner not clen) and maintaining low low bf(wrinkles, look older cuz not fat).

I understand the obsession to “mog” and slay and that health isn’t the end goal. But we’ve seen these extremities lead to adverse health effects or death in multiple people across time (togi, zyzz, joesthetics, looksmaximus). Lots of them were young and ignorant too those who pulled through are full of regret - looks maximus or eddie abbew literally shun their old lifestyle cus of healthscares

Having said that all I do is talk and seem knowledgeable but you and other guys actually take action to mog, so props
