You do not know what you are talking about. Both statements are demonstrably untrue. Infection rate is extremely low based on all the literature. Two, implant flare design is incredibly overstated in creating angularity.

30k seems pretty steep. You can get better materials and more alot more implant for your money elsewhere. If you DM me I can name a few trusted surgeons. Be wary if it's yaremchuck. He botched an IRL friend of mine pretty badly and left him on read when pushed for revision / assistance

Yaremchuk does prefer medpor material, but he does not charge $30K for jaw angle implants. Either this guy got something else at the same time, he didn't pay that much, or he was going to someone else.

This is the same doctor who did my eyes which I like a lot. He’s less experienced than an eppley or an Yaremchuk but he has a good eye for eye for aesthetics and has already worked on me before so he has a better understanding of my anatomy.

Yaremchuk charges 30k for ALL a wraparound jaw implant, cheekbone/infra implants, and paranasal implants

He's stubborn AF tho never admits mistakes and his patient Coordinator is an asshole. He also misplaces implants sometimes and has 0 aesthetic sense aside from the old-school macho man look

As someone who had medpor implants for years then got fucked up beyond belief trying to replace them with custom implants (the surgeon assured me he could do it easily but he was wrong), I'd recommend going with a different material. They're an absolute nightmare to remove once they've incorporated into the surrounding tissue.

Is your design and creation fee of the implants included in the 30k? Eppley and Dr. Y charge 4.5k - 5k for that piece, and the surgery would be another ~6k. The price I paid though, which is similar to what your getting, included a wraparound, malar implants, and paranasals.

Additionally, I logged my entire experience as I went through it. It is normal to go through many changes in opinion as swelling changes and the patient becomes aware of misplaced pieces. Swelling reducing changes things significantly

You can get Giant to custom design them for $1k, and then just get a competent surgeon he trusts to put them in.

One month post-op in good lighting. The swelling has down substantially. I also had all my buccal fat removed a little bit beforehand as well. I had some lip filler added yesterday in the last pic.

I can’t prove it, but I’ve been taking heavy amounts of ostarine and that seems to have sped up the recovery.

Good move on the lip filler, looks great. Have you thought of getting a conservative lip lift to reduce you philtrum. Idk what ur philtrum to chin ratio is.

Also, I'm shocked thats post-op swelling. Ostarine absolutely is helping. I would of gone a little wider - but looks very good (maybe its just the pics and its actually wider than it looks here). Awesome stuff

Looks better than I would have expected from the 3D model in OP. Less puffy than I expected. Maybe the fat removal caused that. And you are leaner than most clowns who get implants.

totally agree in that case. yea, the larger malars would in many cases be a need to balance a wider jaw. awesome stuff man.

I had also gotten lip implants - they gave the permanent effects that filler was - I had thin lips like that before too. Worth a look maybe
